Abbey Mill Childcare ltd consists of a team of qualified, experienced, and committed staff all of whom have been employed not only for their knowledge and skills but also for their love of the job. We provide a balance of qualified and skilled staff throughout the centre and ensure that we utilise their individual skills and knowledge to provide each child with the best possible love, care, and learning.

Our staff includes:

Management Team – who work closely together to ensure the smooth day to day running of the centre whilst researching and developing new ideas to enhance the service we provide for our families.

Senior Childcare Practitioners – many of whom have been with us for many years and have supported the ongoing development of the centre.

Childcare Practitioners – work alongside senior staff within the playrooms to promote learning in a fun, safe and stimulating environment.

SVQ Childcare Support workers – undertake their training with us whilst gaining valuable "Hands On" experience.
