Nursery Holidays:

The nursery closes at 1 p.m. on Christmas Eve and remains closed until after the New Year Bank Holiday. We also close on Easter Monday. We remain open for all other bank holidays to accommodate all parental and regional differences in holidays.

Admissions Policy

Abbey Mill Childcare Ltd operates as an equal opportunities nursery and all nursery places are allocated accordingly. Places will be offered on a ‘first come first served’ basis, with priority being given to siblings of attending children. Names can be placed on our waiting list and a deposit of £100.00 is required on confirmation of a placement. This is deductible from the last month’s fees if appropriate four weeks’ notice is given.

We strongly recommend all prospective parents visit the nursery to discuss their needs and to allow us to show you what we have to offer you and your little one! Please feel free to contact the nursery to make an appointment.

What about Fee’s

Please contact us directly to discuss availability, placements and fees.

Fees are calculated over a 50-week period to consider nursery holidays.

Please Note: All other absences are to be paid for.

For weekly payers fees are charged for a full 52 weeks per year to cover the extra administration costs.

Fees are fully inclusive of all meals and snacks  (ages 1 year and over) and all timetabled activities.

Four weeks written notice is required for children leaving the nursery or requiring a reduction to their regular sessions.

For families of two or more attending children a reduction of 10% will be made from the oldest child’s fee.

Fees are to be paid one month in advance by direct debit on the 1st of each month.

Fee rates will be reviewed regularly to ensure the safe financial viability of the business.

Late payment of fees will incur an administration charge of 10% for each week/ month outstanding.

Please Note: We do follow up all unpaid fees using an outside agency. This may affect your credit rating in the future.
